  1. 1 refrigerated pizza crust

  2. 1/2 lb sausage

  3. 1/2 lb bacon

  4. 1 cup diced or cubes of ham

  5. 1/2 yellow onion

  6. 1 cup shredded Colby jack cheese

  7. 1/4 teaspoon pepper

  8. To taste: salt

  9. 2 cups milk + 2 tablespoons flour

  10. 4 eggs + 1/4 cup milk


  1. Preheat oven as directed on pizza crust package and press your crust onto a greased pan. Cook your sausage then set aside.

  2. Mix the milk flour, salt and pepper and put in the pan with the sausage grease and heat to medium heat. Whisk continuously until it thickens to a gravy. Spread over pizza dough.

  3. Cut up your bacon and onion into bite sized pieces and cook. Place on top of pizza.

  4. Mix your milk and eggs and cook to scrambled and add on the pizza with the cubes of ham. Top with cheese and more pepper. Bake 20-25 minutes until crust is golden brown.
