Ingredients

2-3 people

  1. 2 cups multi grain atta (flour)

  2. 2 tbsp besan

  3. 1 cup rice atta

  4. to taste salt

  5. 1/2 tsp red chilli powder

  6. 1 cup water

  7. to taste finely chopped capsicum

  8. to taste finely chopped onion

  9. to taste crushed paneer

  10. to taste grated carrot

  11. to taste grated Cheddar cheese

  12. to taste grated Mozarella cheese

Steps

  1. Just mix the Besan, Multi-grain atta and rice Atta with salt, red chilli, Ajwain. Then pour water to make a batter.

  2. Put a little oil, pour it over the non- stick tawa, Already pre-heated. After one side is cooked. Turn it over, then apply tomato sauce, put chopped onions, capsicum, crushed paneer, grated carrot and put cheese on top.
