  1. 1 tbsp kewpie mayo

  2. 1 can tuna in oil

  3. 3 slices your choice of bread

  4. 3/4 cups corn kernels

  5. 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

  6. 1 tsp Trader Joe's Nori Komi Furikake Japanese Multi-Purpose Seasoning

Steps

  1. Pre-heat oven to 400°F.

  2. Place bread slices on a baking pan.

  3. Evenly spread mayo on each slice.

  4. Drain oil from canned tuna and place tuna on each slice.

  5. Sprinkle corn kernels on each slice.

  6. Put shredded mozzarella cheese on each slice.

  7. Sprinkle Trader Joe’s Nori Komi Furikake Japanese Multi-Purpose Seasoning on each slice.

  8. Put the baking pan in oven at 400°F to cook for10 minutes, or till the cheese on top melt.
