Ingredients

3 people

  1. 500 g flour

  2. 200 ml water

  3. 10 g salt and baking powder(unsweetened(

  4. Filling

  5. 2 cups tomato sauce (homade or canned)

  6. 200 gr beef (or other like chicken or tuna)

  7. 1 teaspoon hot sauce(optional)

  8. 1/4 bell pepper

  9. 1/2 onion

  10. 1 teaspoon mayo

  11. Salt and pepper

  12. Cheese covering

  13. 1/3 cup mozzarela

  14. 1/4 cup Camembert

Steps

  1. Mix the flour and water and salt first until it gets creamy

  2. Add baking powder and mix well.Roll and mix with your hand until solid,leave it covered in a plastic sheet until it rises.

  3. Now start flattening the dought until super thin,and find a pan as big as your dought

  4. Depending on how you like the dough (thin or bloated) hole it with a fork is bloated,and put directly on the pan without adding any oil.Cook on mid heat until it gets cooked.Your dough is ready.

  5. Cut the bell pepper and onion to small cubes. Cook the beef (or chicken) and put it in a saucepan,add tomato sauce and mix well on low heat,add the chopped bell pepper and onion to the mixture and add hot sauce and mayo (can be replaced by garlic sauce)

  6. Put the filling on the cooked dought and split evenly.

  7. Shred the cheese and put it on the pizza. The pizza is ready. You can eat it fresh or keep it in the freezer for 3 days. While warming the pizza,cover the pan to divert equally the heat.
